First, there are are two different products here - they are complimentary but it's important to understand that they can be used together or independently.

The ink doesn’t dry. In my Sawgrass printer, I have EasySubli inks that are specifically formulated to dry on this material. The Epson doesn’t have that same ink. I have tried heating as I mentioned above and I’ve allowed the print to sit for 48 hours and it still doesn’t dry enough to cut with my Cricut machine. The EasySubli material is expensive! If you are going to try to print directly on the material, make sure you test it first. I printed on half a sheet to test the ink and the cut setting. No. Siser EasySubli HTV will work on any sublimation printer, however Siser recommends using a Sawgrass Sublimation printer with EasySubli Inks for best results. When your image appears in Canvas, you may need to resize it. Cricut only allows for 9.25″x6.75″ of printing space.

EasySubli requires a sublimation printer which has a much higher price tag and start up cost than an inkjet printer Do I have to print on a Sublimation Printer with EasySubli HTV? Yes. Siser EasySubli can only be used with sublimation printers and sublimation inks. Siser EasySubli Ink by Sawgrass is set of sublimation inks manufactured and re-formulated with a special color profile to provide the best results on EasySubli HTV. EasySubli Inks, used in the Sawgrass SG400 and SG800, can also be used on traditional sublimation paper and projects as well where EasySubli HTV is not used.Remove the protective sheet and locate the sublimation design on top of the EasySubli. Use heat-resistant tape to hold the print in place and then add the protective paper over the top of the sublimation print and use heat-resistant tape to hold it into place. Place a sheet of EasySubli HTV into your sublimation printer (I'm using my Sawgrass SG400) with the sheet oriented so you print on the rough side (As is the case with all sublimation, the printed image will seem dull and faded) Here’s my shirt after pressing with this method. These colors aren’t exactly what I had intended. The original file is more pastel, especially the lighter colors, and the greens are quite a bit different. It’s okay, it still looks great.

Select “Virtuoso Print Manager” (AKA “VPM”)* from the list of possible printers and wait for the Settings window to appear. This is a very important step! Sending to the VPM allows you to adjust the print profile. Selecting “Sawgrass SG400” instead of VPM is not recommended and can result in a saturated output that’s not ideal. When used on light colored cotton shirts inkjet printable heat transfer materials transfer the ink into the fibers of the fabric, whereas EasySubli sits on top as a decal Siser EasySubli mask is an essential part of using this product.Used for transferring multiple parts onto substrate and similar to transfer tape used with adhesive vinyl. Great for transferring text transfers. See how it’s used in videos below! Add a Bleed if needed. This can depend on your artwork, but in most cases I like to enable the “Add Bleed” slider. A bleed adds a little extra printed space so the blade has a margin for error during cutting. You’re less likely to end up with unintentional white spaces with a bleed. EasySubli HTV has a slightly softer feel than the inkjet printable heat transfer for darks we tested it against
